The Mriya Resort & Spa, Yalta in Russia's Crimea, has been recognized as Europe’s leading leisure resort of the year at the World Travel Awards.

The Mriya Resort & Spa, some 25 kilometers from the city of Yalta in Russia's Crimea, has been recognized as Europe’s leading leisure resort of the year at the World Travel Awards.
This year, the hotel was also nominated for the title of Europe’s leading family and luxury family resort.

An award was also given to St. Petersburg, which was recognized as Europe’s leading destination for the second year in a row. This year’s ceremony was held in Sardinia, and next year it will be hosted in St. Petersburg in Russia.
